This morning I got an email with the subject "Please release your developer instance".
It said, "Please save your work and release the current instance by the end of this week. The instance has technical issues and must be retired."
Is it a legit request?

Hi @You-Lan Bribach
Look like a valid email. Please take back up and release the instance.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Also got this email. Interesting way of handling this. Do they do that to paying customers as well? That they just retire the instance because of "technical issues"? 😂

Is there any way to determine what the "technical issues" are without killing the instance? I've been doing experimenting and testing in my PDI. Maybe I have a scheduled job that's caused problems? If ServiceNow could shed light on the issue, maybe I could just go in and delete the offending item rather than nixing the entire PDI.
