Re-queue ui action in walk-up experience doesn't work

Hi all

We are currently configuring the Walk-up experience and have found that OOB the 'Re-queue' ui action on an interaction record doesn't appear to do anything.

 

There is nothing in the script section when I configure the UI action, so I'm guessing that's why? Does anyone know what should be there?

Exploring walkup experience and found that this UI action is only available in the workspace. Which put the interaction record on hold and make assigned to field empty. The purpose of this is to Re-Queue a user for the future, if they are not currently at the location when called, as mentioned in hints.

Also, workspace client script is defined for UI action.

Hello Everyone, some more information in case you are receiving more queries from technicians regarding the re-queue functionality. These details are based on Xanadu release. Whenever any interaction is re-queued, a scheduled script/job is created which is scheduled to run after 5 minutes of the UI action. Based on whether the interaction is raised via onsite walkin or appointment this scheduled job is run. the name of scheduled job is 'Interaction state change for walk-up'
