I wish there was an option to create a poll... here is a question:
Would you switch to React/Vue/Angular 6+ instead of Service Portal, if there would be a simple and straightforward way to build React/Vue/Angular 6+ apps in ServiceNow?

It's not because you cannot implement something on Service Portal, rather than a way how you would do that and with what tools and how to maintain the portal/application then.
I haven't seen a thing you cannot implement on Service Portal, but I had a hard time with the following items:
- external component libraries, especially data table components and styled components
- the overall component-based approach, and how to utilize the same components/functionality for different web apps (widget concept may not work for some of the cases)
- portal copy/clone
- code organization, IDE and the application footprint
- dev teams + git repository
It's like driving different cars - you will still get there no matter what car you drive, it's just a matter of time, comfort and resources.

Absolutely! Let's give it a try.
The Reactor app enables you to build and deliver React applications directly from a ServiceNow instance. No need for an external development environment or pre-compilation. You can ship apps or individual components as part of your scoped apps. It also supports JSX.
This may bring ServiceNow frontend development to the next level.
