How do I provide read-only access to external auditors in Eureka instance.

Sorry Shoheb, it will not work as easily as creating the role. There is a lot of back-end functionality that is included in the platform, including ACLs, to make it work. (Sort of like the 'admin' role.)

Thanks for the update. This work needs to be done on high priority. I have to figure it out how to do this in Eureka instance. Other than sending reports to the auditors is there any workaround method which would help me?

The only other option I can think of would be to create your own role and ACLs to the necessary records, then assign just that single new role to the auditor's account. Heavy emphasis on the testing.
