Read timed out error for REST POST message

Hello,

 

I have done ServiceNow-MS Teams integration using webhook. I have created a flow designer and using the webhook I am posing a teams message on teams channel whenever a UI Action (button) is clicked on case form. It is working fine and we are getting the alerts on teams channel but sometimes the flow is not executing and end up with below error.

Sometimes error-1 comes.

So, the issue is intermittent. Can anyone please help on this?

Interesting that your issues also started on 4th August. We had errors on all of the same days plus some extra - our last was on 8th August. The times are unlikely to match exactly I think because of user interactions and timezones.

do you know where you instances are located? (we are in Dublin / Amsterdam)
me guess is that its not on SNow side. Im trying to make some preasure on MS side

Hi Daniel

We're also Dublin/Amsterdam. As this is affecting multiple ServiceNow customers and is packaged IH functionality over which we as users have little control, I hope ServiceNow will work to resolve it through their partnership with MS, regardless of exactly which side of the partnership is ultimately responsible.

We've had little luck with MS over this, as there seem to be no known issues except from ServiceNow POSTs. Hope you have a better response.

ServiceNow have access to better logs that we do, and should know exactly what happens when we try to POST. We have an Incident open and are waiting for updates. Let's hope it's resolved soon. 4 days error free so far...

Hi Daniel and Shivam

Our Incident has been updated to say that digicert (the OCSP check provider) has made an infrastructure change. We have not had any errors since last Friday, so hopefully that has resolved the issue.
