Readonly admin with impersonsation permissions

On our DTA envrionment we have users with readonly admin. We want to give these users also impersonation permissions. Anybody has experience  with this?

I checked the link, I already new but I can not find how I can add the impersonate role to somebody who have the role of admin and snc_read_only.

A user had admin role but with snc_read_only on an acceptance environment. Now we want to give this user also the opportunity to do impersonation.
