Hi All,
I have my process id field which is a document it (type) field and I can see the click through read-only attribute working fine in Native view and even if I remove the attribute it works fine in native view to display the record in a window. However, this does not seems to work in my Service Portal. Below are the screenshot for your reference.
Service Portal view
Native View (screenshot below)
Please let me know how to resolve this.
Thank You for you help in advance
Regards,
Imran

Hi Imran,
Can you share the script here?
Also did you set the UI type to ALL and isolate script as false if this is client script code
Mark ✅ Correct if this solves your issue and also mark 👍 Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Thanks
Ankur

Hi Ankur,
I didn't used any script its just the field attribute to see the referenced field but in my case I have a document id field type which doesn't show the option to preview on Service Portal but in native view, I can see the option to preview
Please let me know how this can be achieved.
Regards,
Imran
