Receiving error "This service is not available yet" when users try to export dashboard or homepage to PDF.

Receiving error "Export Failed. This service is not available yet" when users try to export dashboard or homepage to PDF.  Webkit and OAuth are installed and active.  Also verified that the users have the proper role(s).  I already repaired the plugin as well.  Any ideas on what else could be causing this?

Hmm...can you try to clear the instance cache? Type cache.do in the left-hand back-end navigation.
