Recommended actions Guidance on classic view?

If we enable the recommended actions plugin and context icon in workspaces, is there a way to get this feature to work in classic view?
I'm looking for an answer on if we can enable recommended action guidance in classic view, rather than workspaces. Below is a sample of a classic view:

No. The recommended actions are created for Workspaces and uses Next Experience functionality.

If you want this in the classic view, you will need to create it yourself and it will be fully custom and unsupported, because of the differences between the UIs.

With ServiceNow moving from classic UI to workspaces, I think the best way forward is to spend the time and energy in getting the workspaces working for you. Most energy from the team building the platform will be put to workspaces and all functionality will be created for those.
