Cannot find Catalog item after adding to update set

Hi community

I cannot find a catalog item in UAT after following below:

1. Create catalog item in Dev. Build some parts of it.

2. Created updated set ( should have done this first)

3. Moved update set to UAT.

4. Realized what I had done above.

5. Created new update set and added catalog item to it.

6. Moved new updated set to UAT.

7. Cannot find update set in UAT.

Not sure what i did wrong.

Hi @AnthonyMull 

Please check if you have created update set with different name than previous and make sure the update set state is complete in dev environment. Please make sure you have retrieved the update sets from dev and check it in retrieved update sets.

Hi, Yes I have completed all these items but still cannot find the catalog item. I can see the catalog item in the update set.

Hi @AnthonyMull 

Have you committed the update set in UAT environment?

If no then please commit the update set first in UAT.

If yes and still not able to see catalog item then

please create new update set then mark the catalog item active false save the catalog then again mark it true and save.

Sometimes if you use "Add to update set" UI action it wont capture the update properly in update set.

and then complete the update set and move it to UAT.
