Hi,
I need to reconfigure SOW List view Incident to not show incidents with channel "alarm / notification". Not sure how to do this. Any suggestions?

Hi @vidhya_mouli,
Please refer to the documentation below:
In addition, if you want to edit existing lists:
Navigate to Workspace Experience > Actions & Components > List Actions
If you found my answer helpful or correct in any way, please don't forget to mark it to help future readers! 👍

Hi @vidhya_mouli ,
If this is for native ITIL view then you can update the filter condition at Incident's Application Menu and add condition for channel [ contact_type!=alarm / notification ].
This filter will default apply but not restrict if any user change the filter condition in List View search.
You can try this option, lets see if this works for you

Thank you. This is useful but I want this to be applicable only for SOW. So I made change to the UX List.
