I am trying to view a record in sys_user_group table in list view to form view. When I click on the group, I get an error 'Record not found". I checked the url and found that the it's redirected to "label.do" instead of "sys_user_group" table for this particular record. Does anyone have knowledge on how to fix this record ?

seems your production instance is where the problem exists. The Support team would have to test any fix in a sub-production instance with the same problem, before they would apply a fix to the production instance. the sys_user_group table is not extended from any other, nor is it extensible OOB. I doubt you can export that record, if so, you could edit the XML and re-import it. But then like the Support team, you may want to test in a sub-production instance. If you do create a Support Case, they can review DB logs (4 days) and also search localhost logs for any activity that may have corrupted that record. Provided that corruption occurred recent enough.
