I have a Record Producer with a list of variables on the Change Request table. The list of variables default to TRUE for mandatory. When a new change request is submitted, the Record Producer becomes visible and the variables are mandatory. I am attempting to make the variables mandatory at different stages in New and Emergency changes.
ie.
For a normal change request: The record producer becomes visible and variables are mandatory once the request is submitted.
For an emergency change request: I need the record producer to become visible once the request is submitted, but the variables do not need to be mandatory until the status of the change request changes to closed.
How could I achieve this? Essentially saying.. If the change request type is Emergency, then the variables in the record producer become mandatory only at status of closed.
