Our MidServers are handled by our Offshore Team which are new and not sure how new Service Accounts are set up. The previous one had them set up to use "All Midservers" we are getting pinged from Security because a Discovery account is doing Orchestration. So I had a new Service Account Set up. The password is correct because I can log in remotely and it has delegated admin rights so it can add and remove from Groups. I have the credential set up but when I go and test the new Credential i get "Authentication Failed" we know rights work, password works. Is there somewhere on the Midserver itself that the new Service Account needs to be connected? No one here knows. TIA
