Hey All,
I created multi variable set - called "Add Additional Items" Type - Multi-row and created three variables underneath- Item status, Item Serial Number, Item Model number. but when I tried "try it" I can not see my multi variable set - three Variables on the form. What am I doing wrong?
Ours is San Diego version and on-prem custom built, and using "Record Producers" Not catalog Items.
Finally I would like to map these values from the Form to Items Table which is on the related list.
Any help would be appreciated.
Have a nice Friday!!
Thank you
Shubha

You can map values from multi row variable set to table by parsing JSON, there are multiple articles/questions about that on community.
Generally there is no issues with MRVS, you need to check if you have any clienf scripts/UI policies hiding that.

Hi Raghav, Sorry for the delayed response. We are trying to migrate from on-prem to cloud. I checked in the cloud env by creating a test one and I was so easily create one. I would wait till we complete migration to cloud and complete. Sad though, I was not able to achieve on-prem. Thank you so much for your time on this. really appreciate you helping me on this. I will close this post then,
Thank you
Shubha
