Record producer not visible on employee center

Hi All,

I have created 2 record producers but both of them are not visible on Employee center, I have added them to Human resources catalog and 'Benefit' category. Still they are not visible on employee center and also other record producers are also not visible on employee center. Do I need to activate any plugin or change any system properties?

Please help me on this.

Hi,

Check the taxonomy and add your catalog item to the Taxonomy - > Topics -> Connected content

1 ) All -> Content Taxonomy -> Taxonomies 

2 ) Select and open “Employee” from list -> Go to the related list -> Child Topics - Select your topic and open 

3 ) Goto related list -> Click on Connected Content -> New

4 ) Select Content type : Catalog Item -> Select your Catalog item in Catalog item field value section -> Submit

5 ) Open Employee Service Center and verify your catalog item is available on Employee Service Center

Hello @Souvick A 

Please check the Category and Catalog for those Record Producers and, in addition to the Category and Catalog, please include the Record Producer's name in the 'Meta' field.

Note:

1. If the 'Meta' field is not available on the form, please add it to the List view. 

2. Once you update the 'Meta' field, then please check on EC
