Trying to Create Record Producer via catalogue builder.
If i have multiple products you would suggest firstly creating a variable set and adding all my questions in this set?
Once i have done that Would I select Catalog UI Policies and create a "New Policy"
When I create this new UI Policy how do I make the policy link to the questions so if product a is selected show question 1,2,3 if product b is selected show 1,2,4,5 if product c then show 4,5,6
Can i do this for many products as we have a lot of products
I have put in a screenshot of the UI policy page but i cannot figure out how to make it relate to the "show questions piece"

@Adil N first create variables set
in navigator search for Variable set,
for example if you have 2 product create 2 different variable set and once created add variables according to your product in both variable set.
Then go catalog builder and select question set the newly created variable sets will be available add those and save
Then create a variable called Product through "Insert new question" and add the choice as product 1 and product 2
create a ui policy for each product,
Condition:
Product is Variable set 1.
ui policy action:
select all the variables from variables set and save it
Note: if your product are more then it might not be useful, you might have to create many variable sets
what you can do is create all the variables through " Insert Your questions " along with that create a product with choices (product 1, product 2)
create ui policy and give condition product is product 1
and in ui policy action select all the variables related to product 1 and make visibility True,
but you have to create ui policy for each product and repeat the above procedure.

I want to create a Record producer which will allow my questions to be dynamic based on what "Product" is selected. However When I go to create a record producer template I can only select question sets rather than individual questions and then I cant make it dynamic per question
in summary what i want to do is have a "Create Incident" record on the service portal and then depending on what "Product" is selected the questions vary rather than the same question for each product
example
User Selects Product 1 - so the form needs to show Questions A, B, C, D & F
User Selects Product 2 - the form needs to display Questions A, C, J, K & L

Hi @Adil N ,
yes you can do this, Create a variable called Product and based on your product count create different variable set add your questions there and create a UI policy to show the respective variable set based on the Product user selected,
Also from where you are trying to create record producer ?
