Record Screen Segment in Mobile app is not working

Hello Everyone,

 

I have created a new record screen segment under 'My Requests' to show the approver name the request is pending with but it is only fetching the label of the variable and not the value of the variable. Can someone help me why it is not able to fetch the data?

Hello @Anirban3 ,

 

You need to create Data item to fetch the value and add it in the My Request record screen.

Then, create UI parameters and screen parameter.
