Records added from idea table from platform view is not showing in idea portal.

Hello All,
I have added some records from platform in idea table. Those records are not showing in the idea portal.
Example : I have added "portal test" from directly idea table in platform.

But it is not showing in the below idea portal homepage. Is it related to some scripts in the widget? 

Please someone help on this. Thanks!

Were you able to figure this out?  I am facing the same issue. Any input would be helpful
