Records are not inserting using transform map in servicenow

Hi Everyone,

I am facing an issue while inserting records in table using Transform maps out of 30 records only 14 records are getting inserted remaining are throwing an error as "Error during insert of Tablename". Even after unchecking Business rules it is showing same error message. Can anyone please help me on this.
