Hi Neelavathi,
If the user is still unable to see records from the reference field even after creating a "Write ACL" with the appropriate role, there may be a few possible reasons for this:
- Check that the "Read" permission is also granted to the same role for the reference table.
- Verify that the user is assigned to the appropriate role.
- Confirm that the "Write ACL" is configured correctly and applied to the correct table and field.
- Ensure that there are no conflicting "Read" or "Write" ACLs that may be overriding the intended access permissions.
- Verify that the user is not using a cached version of the application that may not reflect the most recent changes to the ACLs.
By reviewing these potential issues, you should be able to identify and resolve the problem preventing the user from accessing the reference field records.
Please mark helpful or correct if its helping
Thank you
Vijay

Hi @Neelavathi M ,
To view the records, it depends upon the read level acl.
Please mark correct if my response has solved your query.
Cheers,
Mohammed Basheer Ahmed.

Please check your reference qualifier for that field if any records from customer_account matches the qualifier.

Hi @Neelavathi M,
Check below things -
1) Reference qualifier applied for column/field.
2) READ ACL on your custom table gives record access or not?
3) If Query business rules restricts records or not?
4) Is this field is dependent on any other field?
Thanks,
