Recurring CAB Meeting Issue

Hi All,

 

We have set up a recurring weekly CAB meeting.  It was successful at generating the meeting request.  However the recurrences stopped on April 4th even though I entered a "Repeat until" that goes to the end of the year.

 

I have attached screenshots of the configuration below.

 

Any idea why this happened?  Maybe a system property somewhere?
