Hello All,
We are having issues with recurring tickets where though the custom scheduled job script looks correct , the job is not triggering as expected.
For eg: We have a scheduled job to run 3rd Tuesday of every month . However, this job is triggering every Tuesday of the month resulting in 4 tickets being generated week 1,2,3,4.
Duplicate recurring tickets are generated due to this.
This is happing for all types of recurring scheduled jobs defined (daily, weekly, monthly, specific day)
Please note:
1)The ticket generation is requested via custom catalog item.
2) All the scheduled jobs and templates are migrated from our old instance to new instance.
3) Same list of jobs were working fine in the old instance for a very long time.
4) Schedule job definition ,script, template attached are same in both old and new instance.
Looking for help/leads on how to address this issue.

Please provide the complete Jobs (including configuration & code) to help us understand the issue.
