Hi All,
Can someone please help with why the red dot beside an HR case appears as below.
As per the above, only 1 HR case has the ref dot beside while the other doesnt. What OOB script\behaviour controls this red dot and whats its significance.

Thanks Ankur. I figured there is a field style on the request number field which turns this into red when the case is updated by someone other than the assigned to person.

in native you can apply field styles
in workspace you will have to use UX Highlighted values.
Search any field style is applied on that HR Case Number field and there must be some logic there
