Hi All,
Can someone please help with why the red dot beside an HR case appears as below.
As per the above, only 1 HR case has the ref dot beside while the other doesnt. What OOB script\behaviour controls this red dot and whats its significance.

Thanks Ankur. I figured there is a field style on the request number field which turns this into red when the case is updated by someone other than the assigned to person.

As far as I know, it means the case is escalated to the next level, which is why it’s showing a red dot

Thanks. This is not related to escalation of an HR case. Even when I create a new HR case via inbound action, it shows the red dot, I just want to know what technically causes it to display it

The out-of-the-box red dot is for that purpose only. Please check if any field decorator is applied, or also try checking in PDI if the email is enabled—see if you are getting the red dot or not

Hi @Arka Banerjee ,
if you are seeing it in the native it's achieved through field styles
in the Workspace it's through UX highlighted values module
Please mark my answer as helpful/correct if it resolves your query.
Regards,
Chaitanya
