Hello SN experts,
I'm reaching out because I'm trying to redirect ITIL users to the Service Operations Workspace (SOW), I followed the steps outlined in the article: Redirect non-admin users to Service Operations Workspace, but unfortunately, it stills redirects users to the classic view.
What I've done was:
- SOW Landing Page | Homepage Destination Rule | ServiceNow: set it to true
- The user criteria wasn't modified as I want all itil users to be redirected
- glide.login.home | System Property | ServiceNow: set it to "now/nav/ui/home"
Thanks in forwards,

Hi @Leonardo Chave1 ,
I also see
If required, configure the other SOW landing page redirection properties.
- From the System Properties section, select Configure for the required property.
- glide.login.home: If set to true, the default homepage is displayed upon login. If left blank, the last page visited is used. This property is overwritten by the Homepage Destination Rule for the SOW landing page.
- glide.next_experience.user_selected_landing_page_enabled: Sets the user selected landing page preference to true.
- glide.ux.user_criteria_enabled: Enables use of user criteria records instead of Roles fields for UX Framework variants.
- Modify the property and select Update
Have tried this as well?
By any change Polaris theme is disabled in your instance? or the user are trying with has admin access?
Please mark my answer as helpful/correct if it resolves your query.
Regards,
Chaitanya

Hello @Chaitanya ILCR
I've updated the
- "glide.ux.user_criteria_enabled" property to true
- the user has the itil role
- "glide.ui.polaris.experience" is set to true
So that is the wierd thing that is still viewing the classic.
