Hey community! Hopefully someone has experienced this and found a resolution to it. I need to redirect the portal page after submitting a request to an order confirmation page or to the RITM. Currently, it is going to the Request page. The problem is that we don't use requests. Everything we do and everything the customer sees is in the RITM. I've seen posts where it was suggested to use a Page Route, which I've tried. It works great, except if you want to view the RITM later on (i.e. from the header menu, Your Open Tickets). It takes you to a page that says it can't be found. I just want something that is simple as a page that says 'Your request has been submitted'.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Adding one thread here, you need to clone the "SC Catalog Item" widget and make the changes in server and client controller scripts , which has been suggested on below thread. hope it will help you.

If you open up one of the catalog items on the portal, and control-click on the form, you should get this menu to pop-open:
If you click on Instance Options, the form below opens. Is there a Custom URL or redirection set to a page or form that doesn't exist:
After going throw this Mark it Correct/helpful, if this helps you
