Redirect the already logged in users to Portal

Hello,
We have a requirement where if the user is already logged in on the browser and is a part of a group "New staff" and if they enter www.<instance_name>.com/welcome.do then they should be redirected to Service Portal with suffix '/spnow'
Currently if a logged in user opens www.<instance_name>.com/welcome.do then this page opens 

Can someone please help with this requirement?
