create a report for all the incidents that touched my team

I need to create a report for all the incidents that touched my team in last 6 months. Could anyone help me on this.

What is meaning of Touched here , are you referring assigned to your team at least once in incident life cycle. if yes, then you need to create report on metric table which capture the assignment group changes on incident.
