Redirect to Native UI

Hi All,

We have configured Service Portal for End Users. When an user removes the suffix from the URL and place an "?" mark instead of url suffix it is redirecting to the Native UI which we don't want. 

Can anyone let me know how to stop redirect to Native UI. Below are my screenshots.
