HI,
I want to redirect the user to created RITM instead of Order Status summary page.
I am using custom submit button to submit the Catalog item.
Thanks,
Santosh

Interesting coincidence? I'm building a Request process and until an hour or so ago, internal folks submitted their Request via a Record Producer and were directed to the Request form. Now all of a sudden they are being directed to the Order Status page...
If you think that is odd, here is more oddness: I am doing the work in DEV and do not see this behavior there. I only see it in TEST after moving over Update Sets from DEV (beginning a couple of hours ago).
The fact that it just started occurring out of the blue should help me track the source. If I figure it out, I'll let you know.

In my case, it turned out to be a View issue. Apparently, "Order Status" is the Self Service View. I think this got set by following the URI_REF link from a Notification, which made the Self Service View the default for all ESS Users.
Whatever the case, I just made a View Rule to force the default View and viola...Bob is my uncle.
Hopefully this works for you.
Regards,
Robert

Hi Dhananjay,
Order Status is the Self Service View. I wasn't able to change the Order Status, so I created a new View and View Rule. This resolved the issue for me.

Robert

Hi Robert,
Sorry for reviving an old post of yours, but I was wondering where you found this view?
Cheers, Brendan
