Redirect to SSOCircle after clone

Hello community,

We had SSO Setup with Azure in our sub-prod environment.

Everything was working well.

We ran a clone over the weekend, and it now redirects to SSOCircle.

I was under the impression that all SSO related config was kept after a clone.

The IDP that we setup has been preserved, and is set as default, yet it always redirects here.

Has anyone else encountered this?

Any easy way to fix without starting from scratch again?

Hi Paul ,

Have you chceked your SAML Properties.

please verify these properties have proper address given.

If these properties have proper value then it should not happen.

Our SAML 2 config is disabled

I have de-activated everything i can think of except our configured IDP (AzureSAML)

Our idp

I have set all MultiSSO Installation Exists to true

There are none for SAML

Yet it still redirects to SSOCircle...

I am at a loss here.

Hi Paul,

Check your multisso installations are active and SAML installations are inactive.

If Multi-SSO is installed, check SAML installations exits are inactive

OK.

So I fixed this issue by literally turning it on and off again.
