redirect user to a different page id in service portal

Hi,

When a contact create a case from the service portal using a record producer (id=sc_cat_item), after clicking submit he is being redirect to a page id=ticket. 
How can I redirect him to a page id=csm_ticket instead of ticket.

Navigate Service Portal- > Page route maps

Search for this record and make it active true

If there is no record, create a new record with these values

why would end user use SP portal instead of CSM to submit case?

I don't think it's a valid business requirement.

Many customers already moved from SP to ESC and Customer Service Management already has a dedicated CSM portal for managing cases.
