Reference Field in Record producer

Hello All,

    I trying to create a record producer for my app, so that everyone can create a record .  I have one reference field and 2 description fields.  I am not getting the values in choice I refereed to a table from other users prospective. Page is opening with security issues. I am using Tokyo version.

you may have to edit the READ ACL for the reference table to allow anyone to read the table.
when security prevents access, it's typically an ACL.
that is a custom application, when creating those tables, they typically create a specific role.

Hi Ankur,

     Table and record producer are in same scope. But the end user  who is trying to create the record producer doesn't have access to the app. I think the record functionality is for creating the record from the end user those who doesn't have access to the table. In admin account it works well, but in end user level it doesn't have the access. The flight has read access to all application score.   How to Edit the READ ACL ?

Hi Steven,

   Thank you for your reply. I deleted the role associated with the READ ACL. now it is working.

    Now everyone is able to read the particular table from record producer.

Things to check

1) table and record producer are in same scope
2) the user you are testing has table level READ Access or not

3) Did you check with admin user if it works fine
