Reference field is coming blank on portal

I have one catalog item in my Dev and UAT instance, in Dev the field shows the data in it but in UAT instance it does not shows any value in. Tried to check the UI policies and client script but did not find anything.
I am pasting that screenshot of that field configuration.
Please suggest how to troubleshoot this.

Could you please check the "hardware" table, whether it is having records or not in the UAT instance
1) In the filter navigator -> alm_hardware.LIST
2) Apply filters a) state is "in use" b) Assigned user for whom you are checking in the service request
Check the data is present in the table or not? if Not test your Service request for the user for whom data is there in the table

Am unable to understand the below mentioned statement, as no record is assigned to me in DEV instance but still am able to see the records in the field on the portal. However not able to see the records only in UAT.
b) Assigned user for whom you are checking in the service request

If you don't have an asset assigned to you in Dev and you are seeing items in the list then your reference qualifier isn't working.
Your ref qualifier also has "install_status=1".
Like @Prince Arora is saying...make sure you know what success looks like...are there any records that satisfy the conditions?

2) Apply filters a) state is "in use" b) Assigned to user is "Abhilasha" that is your user name
If no record is found in the table, that the reason you have not found any entry in the "Select asset" field as mentioned in screenshot below.
Please choose a different value for requested for and check the result, because "select asset" is dependent on the "Requested for"
