Reference Field/List Becomes Blank in Different Language

Guys, I have a catalog that woks in EN language where its select box list shows all users (sys_user) to be selected, but when I change my profile to other language it makes the select box in blank. It allows me to type in search field to find someone there then usernames are found at the list. It is going me crazy, can you help me on this please?

You need to activate first the plugin "I18N: Internationalization" and once this has been activated you need to Activate the Individual language Plugin required for translation say for example "I18N: Spanish Translations". Different Language plugins are available, depending on the required language needed the plugin can be activated as shown below by clciking on the Activate button after opening the plugin form.

Once the plugins are activated you can navigate to System Localization Application menu and use Translated Field module for the translation.
