Reference field magnifier icon is not working

Hi All,

When i am click on reference field magnifier glass icon is not opening look up reference window to select.

What might be the reason?, can any one please help me on this?

Check the Script Include and Advance Reference qualifier applied to that field or other field which is related to this field.

In Script there might be bug, just find it.

This issue is nt only for one field..this issue is for all reference fields in a form.

Now how can we do that?

Yes, for all reference field it do not work if any script include has some issue.

After clicking the icon, can you press f12 and check the console if it is showing any errors? Please paste the screenshot of the error if any.
