Reference field only list specific users with the itil role

Hi!

We have put in a Reference field in the Problem form named 'Problem Owner' snd the Reference is the sys_user table. We would like to list only people with the itil role ther.

How do we configure this?

We have Kthe Kingston release.

you need to configure reference qualifier.(Simple) Roles --> is --> itil.

You can restrict users, by using conditions,

Right click on the Reference Field, Click on configure dictionary

In Reference Qualifier specify your conditions,
