Hello - I just created a few catalog items via maintain items and I am testing them out. I submitted a requested item and I populated all the reference field and date field on the form. However, after going to the RITM after being submitted, on the RITM those selections on those fields do not appear. I also have a single text line and multi text line where the insert did copy over to the backend but not the reference field and the date field. Please see image attached.
Can anybody assist with this?

I found the solution. When you have a variable set and it has an internal name (lets say "requested_for"). And you have a variable within that variable set, if that internal name is the same name as the variable, for some reason it will not show on the RITM after you submit.
Workaround: Do not name the variable set internal name the same name as the variable.

Are these items for a scoped application?

Hi - would you happen to have any other ideas on why these variables do not populate on the backend?
