I need to create a priority field on a table that does not extend from the task table (location) is there a way to get the choices from this field without creating them manually?

Hi @DevtoSME,
You sure can.
Create a field of type 'Choice' called priority (Or whatever you want to name it) on the chosen form. In your case the Location form (Location table). Once created, right click on the newly created field to configure the dictionary as below.
Essentially you need to go to the 'Advanced view' and on the 'Choice List Specification' tab, select 'Choice table' of task and then select Prioirty in the 'Choice field'. See below.
