Reference Qualifier based on the other field value

How to limit the values for a reference field based on the other field value.

Is that possible?

Can anyone suggest some solution please.

I want to autopopulate Service offering based on business service , In that client requirement is only populate install_status=installed , by using below screenshot it will return all the SO for the particular BS

How to add Install_status=1 in the advanced reference qualifier along with the above condition
In instance we got the exact out put, could you please check below screenshot
