Hi.. I have a reference qualifier of type CONTAINS knowledge on the knowledge management group which is not working. No groups list when I click on the knowledge management group selection (apart from admins). What could be the issue?

Hello @Sooriya3 ,

whether the table in question extends another table (for example, many task-related tables extend task).  Is there any reference qualifier override in dictionary override that may restricting to show data.

If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.

Regards,

Aditya

are you sure you have groups satisfying those conditions?

check on sys_user_group table by applying those filter conditions.
