Reference Qualifier not working on Lookup Select Box variable

Hi All,

I have added one lookup select box variable on my catalog item which lookups choices from Category field on story table.

Now this category field is dependent on Business Service field on story and same what I need is this variable on form should show choices dependent on one particular service.

I have added reference qualifier on that variable but not sure why, it shows all the choices on form.

Please Let me know if this is feasible or not
