My reference Qualifier not working and the service variable is also a reference field getting value from SYs choice table

Hi @karthik65 ,

Qualifiers look okay, apply the same filter in choice table to see value are coming or not.

Break up your qualifier to test where the disconnect is, so try hint=incident first then if that works add one of the other ones, and it that works you'll know which one is causing the problem.

Change the field type to Lookup selectbox worked and getDisplay Value. But i want unique values only
