Reference values not visible for end users on portal

Hello All,

I have created a catalog item, there is a field called "Onboarding location" and which refers to one custom table there i have actual values.

As an end users when they are trying to choose the location it's not showing the value.

Can someone help me on the same.

Ok cool, are you able to see content in this field as a roled user? If you can, there must be some sort of access control influencing it somewhere.
