Regarding form employee centre

Hi Team,

     How to show a single from custom table based on logged in user in form view not in list view in employee centre service now. I have tried using simple list widget, but the client is not accepting it. They don't want the list view in simple list. They want to directly show the record. Please help me to achieve this. Because one user will have only one custom table

Client doesn't want this list

client want's to directly show the custom table record, According to requirement only one record will come for one user.

But , if a user has 5 records open then which record will be shown? To do this you need to create a widget add server side script and use it.

Too much customization and not a good use case.
