Regarding LDAP Server URLs Integration with AD

Can anyone help us for finding the Resolution Regarding the following
We were trying to integrate AD to ServiceNow with LDAP Server URLs but we are getting the following error
"Ldap://NA.GlobalAd.Local:389 Unknow host NA.GlobalAd.Local
Verify server address and port are correct and accessible"

Hi @Sairaj Bhanusha,

 

The error message means the firewall may be blocking the connection from the ServiceNow instance to the LDAP URL. Follow the instructions in KB0538621: Obtaining IP and datacenter information to ensure that you have the correct details to allow the connection INTO your network. Both VPN and non-VPN IP address ranges are provided.
