anyone knows which user role gives an agent the ability to share a favorite to everyone?

@wefw There is not such OOTB role for agents to share there favorites with everyone. Users with the admin role or those with specific permissions on the sys_ui_bookmark table can directly configure bookmarks for all users.

Hi Sandeep,

Thank you - is there a way we can give users without platform admin the ability to share saved filters? I need around 10 users to be able to share saved filters, but are unable to may be due to role.

There's no option for the users to share to other users/groups etc.

We have given the user "report_group" user role which seems to have fixed the issue, but is it fine? and this doesn't give any other elevated admin access across CSM apart from reports?
