This is regarding Use case to Integrate ServiceNow with Automation Anywhere v11 (RPA Tool).
About Use case: An user ticket gets assigned to ServiceNow, based on ticket details ServiceNow must Trigger an API, which in turn would start a respective BOT from Automation Anywhere. Once the action is completed, Automation Anywhere must intimate to ServiceNow (in comments) and mark the ticket status to Resolved.
Manual Process: For example, if an user id is Locked out, the respective user raises a ServiceNow ticket along with id details to unlock his\her account. The ticket would be worked and resolved by respective Support team member.
To be Process: ServiceNow must pass the Parameters like User id to Automation Anywhere BOT, which will have the steps\program to unlock the id.
Need assistance on how ServiceNow would trigger API (on ticket arrival), which in turn must start corresponding BOT from Automation Anywhere. Can someone help on this process?
