Regarding Standard Ticket In the Employee Center Portal

Hi Community ,

 

We recently moved changes to higher instance where now we are not able to see Ticket Number and other details at the top

 

Lower instance

we checked restricted caller access for the widget and table  but all things are looks fine . need to know what would be issue of not populating these details
